Abstract

The purpose of the research were to analyze the level of achievement of islamic management on beef cattle development program of Lembaga Mandiri Mengakar Masyarakat in Pondok Pesantren Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka-Sulawesi Tenggara Case. The research was conducted January 2012-January 2016. Independent agencies are Rooted in the Community in Pondok Pesantren Al Mawaddah Warrahmah as respondent were selected. The data were statistically analyzed by descriptive analysis to analyze the achievement of the program. The result showed that the achievement level of amount of beef was high in periode 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 (75, 78.5, 75, and 88.88 % respectively), number of farmer was low (100, 100, 100, and 57.4% respectively) from its target, profit sharing was high (Rp.10.425.000, Rp.16.700.000, Rp.17.500.000, dan Rp.21.025.000).). That can be concluded that program of independent agencies are rooted in the community (LM3) in Pondok Pesantren Al Mawaddah Warrahmah case is effective.

Abstract

Integration provides relationships between sub-systems with other sub-systems in an area that can be called agro industry. With the development of the integration method model in the main production process, side and waste make and encourage agro industry can be low external input sustainable agriculture. So that with the approach of developing the integration method the system model gets a model to synchronize the sub-systems of agriculture, plantations and livestock into an integration of food, feed, fuel, fertilizer in increasing the productivity of Islamic Farmers in Kolaka and Kolaka Timur. A number of actors involved in the integration system of food, feed, fuel and fertilizer: 1). Cattle Breeders, require availability of feed raw materials, controlled volume of waste. 2). Rice farmers, need superior seeds, good irrigation systems, and fertilizers. 3). Cocoa farmers, need superior seeds, good irrigation systems, and fertilizers. 4). Clove farmers, need superior seeds, good irrigation systems, and fertilizers. 5). Local people, need animal and biological food, need a beautiful environment, no pollution / pollution to the soil, water and air.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem keuangan berbasis Microsoft Access pada Nasabah Koperasi Syariah di Kolaka. Penelitian ini bersifat Penelitian Research and Development, dengan 4 tahapan yaitu Define, Design, Development dan Dissemination. Objek Koperasi Syariah yang digunakan adalah Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah (KJKS) MUHARJAM yang berada di kolaka. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi sistem keuangan berbasis Microsoft Access pada nasabah KJKS Kolaka, yang dapat mengimpor ke berbagai format database yang sudah ada, menampilkan kembali data yang tersimpan dengan sangat mudah. Dengan struktur dan sistematika penulisan yang sederhana, maka Microsoft Access dapat menjadikan tuntunan praktis, cepat dan mudah sesuai kebutuhan yang dapat mengembangkan kinerja dan menjalankan aktivitas perusahaan baik kalangan kecil maupun kalangan menengah.

Abstract

Konsep pariwisata halal di Kabupaten Kolaka dapat dirumuskan dengan beberapa kriteria secara khusus, yaitu: a. Makanan halal, b. Tidak ada minuman keras (mengandung alkohol), c. Tidak menyajikan produk dari babi, d. Tidak ada diskotik, e. Staf pria untuk tamu pria, dan staf wanita untuk tamu wanita, f. Hiburan yang sesuai , g. Fasilitas ruang ibadah (Masjid atau Mushalla) yang terpisah gender, h. Pakaian islami untuk seragam staf , i. Tersedianya Al-Quran dan peralatan ibadah (shalat) di kamar, j. Petunjuk kiblat, k. Seni yang tidak menggambarkan bentuk manusia, l. Toilet diposisikan tidak menghadap kiblat, m. Keuangan syariah, n. Hotel atau perusahaan pariwisata lainnya harus mengikuti prinsip-prinsip syariah. Oleh karena itu, penyusunan manual sistem jaminan halal (SJH) perusahaan pada objek wisata halal menjadi hal penting. Manual SJH terdiri dari 4 bagian yaitu bagian pengontrolan dokumen, pendahuluan, isi system jaminan halal dan penutup dan atau lampiran. Hasil penelusuran digital Manual SJH Kolaka menunjukkan bahwa masih rendahnya produsen dan atau perusahaan makanan dan minuman di objek wisata halal Kabupaten Kolaka.

Abstract

This research was done to determine the effect of L. plantarum and S. cerevisiae innoculated into cocoa pod silage on organoleptic, physical and chemical quality. This experiment consist of four treatments namely silage of fresh harvested cocoa pods without inoculant as control (K); inoculated with L. plantarum (KLp); innoculated with S. cerevisiae (KSc); and innoculated with both L. plantarum and S. cerevisiae mixture (KLp+Sc) was cassava meal added as supplement. Each treatment was replicated 3 time. Ensilage was done for 21 days. Variables observed were properties of organoleptic (i.e. color, odor, texture and existence of fungal), physical (pH), and chemical (i.e. lactic acid content, content of dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), crude protein (CP), ether extract (EE), crude fiber (CF) and nitrogen free extract (NFE)). Collected data of organoleptic characteristic were analyzed by non-parametric test (Hedonic KruskalWallis), whereas physical and chemical data analyzed by one-way analysis of variance and followed by Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test for significant difference. Result showed the inoculum have effect (P<0.05) on characteristic of organoleptic (color and avaibility fungus) and chemical (dry matter, organic matter, extract ether, and nitrogen free extract content). Silage with inoculation Lp+Sc on silage significantly (P<0.05) had higher DM and OM concentration (22.66% vs 20.38% and 94.43% vs 93.72%), higher NFE (75.46% vs 70.51%) and lower EE (0.15% vs 0.87%, respectively), compared to control. Based on result, it can be concluded that silage with L. plantarum and S. cerevisiae mixture have better quality.(Key words: Cocoa pod, Lactobacillus plantarum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Silage)

Abstract

The background of this research is that the culture of reading Al-Qur'an in homes after fardhu prayer is rarely heard. Children who had memorized their Koran when they were in elementary school, now no longer repeat their recitation of the Quran. Reading the Koran has now been replaced by readings or other information media such as: Articles, Facebook, YouTube, newspapers or newspapers, magazines, television and others, even though they know reading the Qur'an is worship that is rewarded by Allah SWT. In this case, the teaching and learning process is very important to improve the quality of children in reading the Al-Qur'an, and in the learning process the efforts or efforts of the teacher are very important for the continuity of a good teaching and learning process. This research aims to explain the efforts of the Al Qur'a n Hadith teacher in overcoming difficulties in learning to read the Al-Qur'an. This study uses a qualitative approach, with observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. As for analyzing the data using descriptive qualitative data analysis. This study concludes that: There are four causes of difficulties for students in learning the Qur'an at school, namely individual causes (less intensity of time to read Al-Qur'an due to laziness of students), difficulty in distinguishing the sound of letters that are sociable. long or short, difficulties in knowing the signs of stopping the letters of the Qur'an, and difficulties in understanding the law of reading recitation. This cannot be separated from the lack of parental control over their children when they are at home, the limited knowledge of teachers in the TPQ areas where students live, and the limited school facilities and infrastructure that are able to support student learning outcomes, especially in the subject of Qur’an Hadits.

Abstract

The quality of learning Islamic religious education will be better, if the learning does not focus on religious learning alone but is broad, both on science and technology. By combining this knowledge, it will further develop students' understanding of both the aspects of religion and science and technology. Based on this, this study aims to explain the Development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Teaching Materials Based on the Integration of Science and Technology for Class X Students of SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka ". The type of research used in this research is the type of research and development or in English language Research and Development. Researchers used a descriptive development model with the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model consists of five stages as the name implies which stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.Based on the research results, it is known that the validation of Islamic religious education teaching materials based on the integration of science and technology is declared valid based on the results of the assessment by 3 validators. student responses and test results of student learning in class X SMA IT Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka

Abstract

were carried out, covering Validity and reliabilita, then continued with, test multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results showed Community decision base on calculated rated R square of 0.975 or 95.7% strongly influenced by the factor have been determined, such as product, price, place, and promotion. The value of the constant is 0.026, 0.925 for products, 0.889 for price, 0.654 for place, 1.554 for promotion. then it can be concluded from these data regression equation is: Y = 0.026 + 0.925X1 + 0.889X2 + 0.654X3 + 1.554X4. Concluded that factor marketing strategy of funding decision of customer choose BMT in Kolaka Regency is product, place, and promotion. However, variable price was not significantly.

Abstract

Customer complaints indicate that the level of customer service is still lacking, where customers feel more secure and comfortable transacting via SMS banking than having to come directly to the Bank. This type of research is quantitative research using the SPSS method using primary data from the results of a questionnaire on a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling method is questionnaire distribution. The method of analysis uses the method of reability and correlation. Reability analysis shows that the data is valid. Because, alpha > 0.60 and the correlation analysis shows that the results of empathy and responsiveness are very directly related and can affect the interest of customers to transact at Bank BNI.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of local government in the empowerment of patchouli business in Watubangga Sub-district, Kolaka District. Data collection methods with in-depth interviews, non-participant observation and documentation. Data were analyzed by qualitative domain approach analysis. The results showed that the role of the Kolaka district government was very important to the survival of the community, among the government's functions in community empowerment was the fulfillment of the needs of patchouli business actors. The impact of patchouli business empowerment greatly affects the survival of Popalia Village because the community's work there is determined by patchouli income itself.
