Kota Kendari berupaya memenuhi pengadaan sarana dan fasilitaspelayanan dibidang e-sports ini agar memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat dan menjadi wujud perkembangan kota.Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menganalisis melalui dasar pertimbangan dan kriteria. Pusat Turnamen E-sportsdengan gaya arsitektur futuristik diharapkan dapat dengan mudah terjangkau karena letak bangunan berada pada titiktengah jantung kota Kendari dengan berbagai pertimbangan yang telah dilakukan sehingga dapat menjadi sebuah fasilitasterbaik khususnya pada para pemain game dengan desain yang merujuk ke masa depan. Penerapan gaya arsitektur futuristikpada bangunan dengan fungsi Pusat Turnamen E-sports dengan gaya arsitektur futuristik diharapkan ada kesesuaian padaperancangannya dengan mengklasifikasi segi warna, bentuk, tampilan, struktur, dan material terbarukan yang merujuk kemasa depan dengan gaya arsitektur futuristik yang sesuai dengan penerapan fungsi bangunan.
