<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi konveksi di Kabupaten Batang. Ada 75 Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) konveksi itu sampel dengan accidental sampling. analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menentukan produksi UKM konveksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah tenaga kerja, bahan baku, dan tingkat pendidikan telah positif dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap produksi UKM konveksi. Sedangkan peralatan, usia dan pengalaman tidak mempengaruhi produksi UKM konveksi di daerah penelitian ini. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the production of convection in Batang regency. There are 75 Small Medium Enterprise (SME) convection were sampled with accidental sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the production of SME convection. The results showed that the variable the number of labor, raw materials, and educational level have positively and significantly effect to the production of SMEs convection. While the equipment, age and experience do not affect the production of SMEs convection in this study area.]]>
