The complexity of the demands of Emergency Room (IGD) nurses, such as static and dynamic work postures and length of service are believed to be the triggering factors for Low Back Pain (LBP) complaints in nurses. This study aims to investigate the correlation between work posture and tenure with complaints of LBP in Emergency Room nurses. This type of research is observational with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects were 28 emergency room nurses at RSUD Dr. Moh Saleh, Probolinggo selected by total sampling technique. Data were collected through filling out a questionnaire and then analyzed using the Lambda correlation test. The results of the study showed r = 0.000 and p = 1,000 for infusion, r = 0.59 and p = 0.763 for inserting a catheter, r = 0.000, p = 1,000 for heacting, r = 0.000, p = 1,000 for transferring patients, r = 0.000, p = 1,000 to push the bed. It can be concluded that there is no correlation between work posture and working period with the incidence of myogenic low back pain in the Emergency Room Nurses at RSUD. Dr. Moh. Saleh, Probolinggo.Keywords: low back pain; work posture; years of serviceABSTRAK Kompleksitas tuntutan perawat Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) seperti postur kerja statis dan dinamis dan masa kerja diyakini merupakan faktor pencetus keluhan Low Back Pain (LBP) pada perawat. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki korelasi antara postur kerja dan masa kerja dengan keluhan LBP perawat Instalasi Gawat Darurat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan rancangan cross-sectional.  Subyek penelitian adalah 28 perawat IGD di RSUD Dr. Moh Saleh, Probolinggo yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Lambda. Hasil penelitian penelitian menunjukkan r = 0,000 dan p = 1,000 untuk pemasangan infus, r = 0,59 dan p = 0,763 memasang keteter, r = 0,000, p = 1,000 utuk heacting, r = 0,000, p = 1,000 untuk memindahkan pasien, r = 0,000, p = 1,000 untuk mendorong bed. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi antara postur kerja dan masa kerja dengan kejadian low back pain myogenic pada perawat Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD. Dr. Moh.
