<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to find out the application of problem based instructional method can increase the student's interest on Learning History in Class XI at SMK Negeri 1 South Rawa Jitu. The population of the research was all students XI Class at SMK Negeri 1 South Rawa Jitu and the sample of the research was the students of XI APK 1. The method which used in this research is experimental method with One Shot Case Study type. The data analysis technique was used by descriptive statistical. The results obtained a score of 87 with a high index of 80-100 and the result of the questionnaire obtained 19 students of high interest from 20 student. The conclusion was the application of problem based instructional learning method can increase the interest on Learning History in class XI at SMK Negeri 1 South Rawa Jitu.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan metode instruksi berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Rawa Jitu Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Rawa Jitu Selatan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas XI APK 1. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen tipe One Shot Case Study. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriftif. Hasilnya lembar observer diperoleh skor 87 dengan hasil tinggi indeks 80 100 dan hubunganya hasil angket diperoleh 19 siswa minat tinggi dari 20 siswa. Kesimpulannya bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran instruksi berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan minat belajar pada Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Rawa Jitu Selatan.
