<![CDATA[Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi terhadap semangat kerja dan seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja serta seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada pegawai Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi. Teknik pemilihan responden menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 58 orang. Populasinya adalah pegawai Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data yang diperoleh telah diuji dengan uji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi normalitas, asumsi multikoloneritas, asumsi Heteroskedastisitas, dan asumsi autokorelasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja, demikian juga lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja, dan komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai.Kata kunci : Komunikasi, Lingkuangan Kerja, dan Semangat KerjaAbstract : This study aims to determine how much influence communication has on morale and how much influence the work environment has on morale and how much influence communication and work environment have on morale. This research was conducted on employees of the Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD) of South Sulawesi Province. The data used were primary data obtained from interviews and observations. The respondent selection technique used a random sampling technique with a total of 58 respondents. The population is the employees of Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD) of South Sulawesi Province . The data obtained have been tested with the classical assumption test in the form of normality assumption, multicollinearity assumption, heteroscedasticity assumption, and autocorrelation assumption. The data analysis method used multiple regression statistical analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that communication had a positive and significant effect on work morale, as well as the work environment had a positive and significant effect on morale, and communication and work environment had a simultaneous effect on employee morale.Keywords: Communication, Work Environment, Work Spirit ]]>
