<![CDATA[Introduction: Leuchorea is one of the symptoms of an infection of the inner female reproductive organs caused by fungi, bacteria, viruses or parasites that can have an impact on cervical cancer, a disease that is a silent killer, Annnona Muricata L contains alkaloids, polyphenols, terpenes, acetogenin, flavonoids and lectins as anti-fungi, the purpose of this study to analyze the effect of Muricata L decoction extract on leuchorea on hormonal contraceptive acceptors. Methods: The research design used a pre-experimental one group pre test post test design, with a sample size of 30 research subjects using purposive sampling technique for sampling, the location of PMB Ny N, research time 15 August - 15 September 2020, the independent variable treatment of soursop leaf extract, dependent variable leuchorea, extract ingredients of soursop and red betel leaf decoction with a concentration of 10%, research instruments with observation sheets, data were analyzed using the Man Whitney test. Results: After treatment using the extract of soursop leaves, the subjects of the study recovered from complaints of leukorrhea as many as 70% or 21 people, while 9 people still experienced complaints of leukorrhea. There was a statistically significant effect after vaginal washing on hormonal contraceptive acceptors with leukorrhea using the Man Whitney test. P value <0.001 and Z value -5,636 Conclusion: Soursop leaf extract (Annona muricata L) can be an effective alternative medicine as an anti-leuchorea / vaginal discharge / Flour Albus or vaginal discharge that occurs in a woman.
