Abstract

Abstract. This study purpose to analyze the perception of price, service quality, product and brand image on purchasing using the Go-Jek application service. This study using a causal research design with a sample of 100 respondens who have used the Go-Jek application service. The sampling techniques used is purposive sampling. The result showed that all of the variabels in this research, such as price promotion, service quality, product and brand image had a significant effect on the decision to use the service. Abstraksi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan, produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan layanan Aplikasi Go-Jek di Kota Semarang. Menggunakan desain penelitian kausal dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang pernah menggunakan layanan Aplikasi Go-Jek. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu harga promosi, kualitas pelayanan, produk, dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa.
