Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh volume perdagangan,kurs dan risiko pasar terhadap return saham. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling pada perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ45 periode August 2015 – January 2016 sebanyak 45 perusahaan. Menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BEI.  Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah  regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel volume perdagangan  menunjukkan hasil positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap return saham,  kurs  berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return saham dan Risiko pasar tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap return saham Keyword: return saham; volume perdagangan; kurs; risiko pasar

This research objectiveis to determine and describe the capital assessment behaviour of Padurenan SMEs. Phenomenology design is expected to reveal  phenomenon in this research.  Data obttained is derived from three informants by using snow ball method. Unigue payment system base on trust relationships (nota berjalan) is use by SMEs Padurenan Jaya Kudus. SMEs can deliver raw material and term of payment  cant not fixed about this time and the amount. Total liabilities will be paid by SMEs in “Ruwah month”. Complicated method unacceptable in formal banking system. This behaviour is an obstacle in forming a close relationship of acces capital between banking system and SMEs.

The increasing level of competition for companies has resulted in companies competing to win consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand awareness, perceived quality and brand loyalty on Mobile Vivo Purchase Decisions in Angkasa Cell Store in Blora Regency. The population in this study is all customers or consumers who used or made mobile phone purchasing decisions in Angkasa Cell Store in Blora Regency which amounts to 154 customers.  The sampling technique used was purposive sampling to obtain 63 respondents. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the brand awareness variable obtains a tcount of 3.958> ttable 1.66) with a significance of 0,000 means brand awareness has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The perceived quality variable with a tcount (3.694)> t table (1.66) with a significance of 0,000 means that the perception of quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Brand loyalty variable with a value of tcount (3,438)> t table (1.66) with a significance of 0.001, means that brand loyalty has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. In order for the consumer confidence of Vivo mobile phone in Angkasa Cell Store in Kabupaten Blora can be stronger and increase purchasing power, it is recommended to increase brand awareness through promotion.

The Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) is the annual financial plan of the village government that is discussed and agreed upon jointly by the village government and Village Consultation, and is determined by village regulations. The mechanism for using village funds starts from the planning, implementation, accountability and utilization of village funds. In order for the use of village funds to be targeted and in accordance with the priorities of community needs, the planning process as a basis for implementing village funds is expected to be carried out in accordance with Government Regulation No. 43 of 2014 article 114 and article 117. From the results of the study obtained evidence that the Kaligading Village government has carried out the mandate in accordance with Government Regulation No. 43 of 2014 article 114 concerning deliberation for the screening of community aspirations which then results from the deliberations set forth in the RPJMDes.

The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) How much influence does customer satisfaction have on the four-star hotel service recovery in Semarang City. (2) How much impact of customer trust on the service recovery of four-star hotels in Semarang, (3) How big is the influence of customer commitment on service recovery for four-star hotels in Semarang City. The sample in this study amounted to 57 respondents or customers. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression includes the T-test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the research and discussions, it can conclude that there is an effect of customer satisfaction on service recovery, there is an effect of customer trust on service recovery also there is an effect of customer commitment on service recovery.

Abstract. This study purpose to analyze the perception of price, service quality, product and brand image on purchasing using the Go-Jek application service. This study using a causal research design with a sample of 100 respondens who have used the Go-Jek application service. The sampling techniques used is purposive sampling. The result showed that all of the variabels in this research, such as price promotion, service quality, product and brand image had a significant effect on the decision to use the service. Abstraksi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan, produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan layanan Aplikasi Go-Jek di Kota Semarang. Menggunakan desain penelitian kausal dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang pernah menggunakan layanan Aplikasi Go-Jek. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu harga promosi, kualitas pelayanan, produk, dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa.

ABSTRACT Corona Virus (Covid-19) not only harms humans in terms of health, but also has a big impact on the world economy. This study aims to analyze the impact caused by the covid-19 outbreak on the value of securities trading on the IDX and the rupiah exchange rate against the USD. The study was conducted through two stages, the first was to test the effect of the independent and dependent variables. The dependent variable in this study is the trade value, namely the daily trading value data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from December 2019 to May 2020. As for the exchange rate variable as an independent variable, the data is taken on the BI page. The data is divided into two, namely data before the pandemic, represented by trade data from December 2019 to February 2020, and data during the pandemic period represented by trade data from March 2020 to May 2020. After testing the relationship between dependent and independent variables, research followed by a comparison, which compares the effect of the exchange rate on the value of trade on the IDX before the pandemic and during the pandemic. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the exchange rate and the value of trade during the observation period before the pandemic, but in the event of a pandemic, this significant relationship no longer exists.Keywords : comparison; exchange rate; pandemic; trade value;Correspondence to : pentawidyartati@gmail.com ABSTRAKVirus Corona (Covid-19) tidak hanya merugikan manusia dari segi kesehatan, tetapi juga berdampak besar bagi perekonomian dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak wabah Covid-19 terhadap nilai perdagangan efek di BEI dan kurs rupiah terhadap USD. Penelitian dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yang pertama adalah menguji pengaruh variabel independen dan dependen. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai perdagangan yaitu data nilai perdagangan harian di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari Desember 2019 hingga Mei 2020. Sedangkan untuk variabel kurs sebagai variabel independen data diambil dari laman BI. Data tersebut terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu data sebelum pandemi yang diwakili oleh data perdagangan bulan Desember 2019 hingga Februari 2020, dan data selama periode pandemi diwakili oleh data perdagangan dari bulan Maret 2020 hingga Mei 2020. Setelah dilakukan pengujian hubungan antara variabel dependen dan independen, penelitian dilanjutkan dengan perbandingan, yaitu membandingkan pengaruh kurs terhadap nilai perdagangan di BEI sebelum pandemi dan saat pandemi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kurs dan nilai perdagangan selama periode observasi sebelum pandemi, namun pada saat terjadi pandemi, hubungan yang signifikan tersebut tidak ada lagi.Kata Kunci : pandemi; perbandingan; kurs; nilai perdagangan.

This research was motivated by the announcement of the super deduction R&D ﬁnan- cial policy (PMK 153/2020) issued by the Indonesian government during the Covid-19in 2020. This study tried to test and empirically prove either the presence or absence ofabnormal returns on the day around the announcement, before and after the announce-ment optimal portfolio of pharmaceutical and health sector stocks during the observationtime around the announcement of the super deduction R&D ﬁnancial policy. This isa quantitative research with event study using hypothesis testing from one samplet-test and paired sample t-test. The results showed that there was 1 day of observation,which indicated an abnormal return around the announcement day. Overall, beforeand after being announced based on the results of the paired sample t-test, it did notshow any abnormal returns. The highest optimal portfolio analysis is on stock of Darya Varia Laboratoria company which have a weighting of 40.86% and there are two stocks that are not optimal. This study shows that there is a reaction of market participants to pharmaceutical and health stocks on the announcement even though the reaction is very small. Based on the result, there is a need for information related to research and development activities of pharmaceutical and health companies for investors if they want to improve their stock performance.

ABSTRACTRevenue from taxes make a substantial contribution to regional revenues is the land and building tax. This land and building tax (PBB) is directed at exploring and strengthening the potential of stable and reliable sources of regional revenue to finance regional development. The object of PBB in the form of land and or buildings has never been reduced, even the number of buildings has continued to increase in line with economic growth. The selling value of PBB objects is one type of tax that dominates for each region. Collection of Customs Duty on Land and Building Rights (BPHTB) is a very important part in the process of transferring ownership of land and/or building rights in Indonesia, because PPAT and/or a notary are prohibited from signing the deed of transfer of rights before the taxpayer pays the BPHTB as stipulated should be. Calculation of the Acquisition Fee on Land and Buildings can be carried out in two ways, namely the independent system building method with a complete systematic land registration. This research was conducted to find out, is there a difference in the amount of Land and Building Acquisition Fees carried out using an independent system with Complete System Registration.This research was conducted using quantitative methods with different tests using SPSS software. A sample of 60 was conducted in Temanggung Regency. The results of the research showed that there was a significant difference between the Land and Building Rights Acquisition Fees with the Independent System with complete systematic registration. Pajak bumi dan bangunan (PBB) diarahkan untuk menggali dan memperkuat potensi sumber penerimaan daerah yang stabil dan dapat diandalkan untuk membiayai pembangunan daerah. Obyek PBB yang berupa bumi dan atau bangunan tidak pernah berkurang, bahkan jumlah bangunan terus bertambah seiring dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Nilai jual obyek PBB menjadi salah satu jenis pajak yang mendominasi bagi daerah. Pemungutan Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) menjadi salah satu bagian penting dalam proses peralihan pemilikan hak atas tanah dan/atau bangunan di Indonesia, karena PPAT dan/atau notaris dilarang untuk menandatangani akta peralihan hak sebelum wajib pajak melunasi BPHTB sebagaimana mestinya. Perhitungan Bea Perolehan Atas Tanah dan Bangunan dapat dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu dengan metode bangunan sistem mandiri dengan pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui, adakah perbedaan jumlah Bea Perolehan Atas Tanah dan Bangunan yang dilakukan menggunakan sistem mandiri dengan Pendaftaran Sistem Lengkap. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji beda menggunakan software SPSS. Sampel sejumlah 60 yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Temanggung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan sistem Mandiri dengan Pendaftaran sistematis lengkap.
