Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan budaya kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja serta menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pada guru Sekolah Santo Yosef Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis . Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi dan sampel adalah Guru Sekolah Santo Yosef Kecamatan Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis berjumlah 68 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah path analysis. Hasil penelitian motivasi kerja dan budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Motivasi kerja dan Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Motivasi kerja budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru melalui kepuasan. Kepuasan kerja guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Semakin baik kepuasan kerja guru akan meningkatkan kinerja. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of motivation and work culture on job satisfaction and performance and to analyze the effect of motivation and work culture on performance through job satisfaction for teachers at the Santo Yosef School, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. In this study, the population and sample were the teachers of the Santo Yosef School, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, amounting to 68 people. The data analysis used in this research is path analysis. The results of the study of work motivation and work culture affect teacher job satisfaction. Work motivation and work culture affect performance. Work motivation work culture has a significant effect on teacher performance through satisfaction. Teacher job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance.
