<![CDATA[The Minister of Religious Affairs plans to submit the draft of Religion law courts on National Legislations 2010. These submission indicates the punishment jurisdiction for each agent of polygamy, marriage secretly, and mutâah, where they practice marriages outside the supervision of Official Religious Affairs Office (KUA). Furthermore, the punishment will be dropped to anyone involved in marriage practice outside the supervision of Official Religious Affairs Office (KUA). Indeed, the matter of imbalance practical marriage as mentioned before points out a case of misinterpretation of the religious texts. The discourse of the draft is a positive alternative in establishing equality of basic rights between men and women.
