One of things which establish gender injustice comes from the inaccuracy of reading religious texts included in the Islamic religious texts that are not friendly toward women. This paper discusses a new reading proposed by some Feminist Muslim. It will be reviewed through the interpretation of the creation of women, leadership and woman as wittnesses. This paper suggest that f­undamental structure of religious thought developed by moslem feminist is how to manifest a system of relations and the structure of egalitarian society without discrimination between men and women in the light of guidance of the Qur’an
