Many women became heads of house holds temporarily when their husband left work for a certain period in other places at the pre-prosperous family in the countryside This article is photographing gender insight and family management done by women. It concludes that gender insight of rural women is very low even though in some instances they are not consciously implement gender equitable principles such as fair and equitable treatment in assigning children to help with household work. Family manage ment in the financial management conducted by the respondent to sort out the requirements with emphasis on meeting the needs of shelter, clothing and food, although in its simplicity. Self-actualization and fulfillment of religious education is done by actively following the activity in their neighborhood.
