Employment Law should be a legal umbrella for all fomal and informal workers, male and female, do not touch the box of women in the informal sector, home-based workers. This happens because the labor laws sexist. Therefore, the position of home-based women workers both in the workplace and in employment law to be marginalized. The position of women will be better, if there is a legal reform to the law of sexist to non-sexist, that is by placing womenâs experiences as a starting point.
