<![CDATA[Women teachers also have a big role in the General Election in Indonesia but the rate of women representation in politics is still low. This research tries to analyze political orientation of women teachers that includes cognitive, affective and evaluative obtained. The conclusion obtained is that the political orientation of women teachers is vary depending on the activity in the community. Women teachers who are active in political organizations have very strong orientation while the orientation of teachers who have non- political activity is not strong. The goal of action-oriented women teachers through a tool of political and organizational activities is both active and passive participation.
