<![CDATA[ceh Government Liaison Agency, is a Regional agency which is only located in the Capital City, after the establishment of the Aceh Government Liaison Agency as a facilitator of regional needs in collaborating with the central government, researchers want to know how the effectiveness of the Aceh Government Liaison Agency in facilitating Aceh Government affairs to The Central Government in helping to advance the development of the Aceh Region, this research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, the results of the study showed 1) Organizational characteristics of the Aceh Government Liaison Agency consisting of the Head of the Agency led by Echelon III, the Administration Sub-Sector, the Service and Information Sub-Sector, the Inter-Relations Sub-Sector. Institutions, Promotion and Exhibition Sub-sectors, which are entirely led by Echelon IV. 2) Environmental Characteristics The Aceh Government Liaison Agency is within the scope of city administration which is very close to the central government. 3) Characteristics of workers, most of the employees come from the Aceh region who have the same customary and cultural values. 4) Management Policies and Practices in the 2017-2022 Strategic Plan are stated as local government policies in formulating efforts to develop Aceh areas which point to the realization of reforms. quality bureaucracy, the realization of an Islamic cultural system, customs and arts, the realization of integrated information and data.
