Kode etik notaris menjadi kaidah moral yang ditentukan oleh perkumpulan Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI) yang menjadi pijakan menata atau mengatur tentang kode etik profesi notaris dalam hubungannya dengan banyak pihak, yang tentu saja harus ditaati atau dpatuhi oleh setiap anggota yang terikat atau mengikatkan diri dalam perkumpulan (organisasi) itu.
