<![CDATA[Pedis Care is an independent health clinic specializes in treating wounds and chronic wounds. Care Giver were individuals who treat and support other individuals (patients) in their lives. Right now, this treatment process still conducted manually and archiving is done by printed documents which takes more spaces. From the issues above, a solution in form of Web based information system management is needed. Research stages started from doing an analysis that produced 6 actors, 81 functional necessities, and 1 non-functional necessity. On system designing, sequence diagram, class diagram, database designing, component designing, and interface designing were done. This system used PHP 7.4 and HTML with Laravel 8.13 framework. Database were implemented using MySQL. Testing stages are started by unit testing that use 3 test samples with basis path testing with 100% success rate. Integration testing is done by using 1 sample also with 100% success rate. Validation testing were done on all 81 functional necessities on the system with 100% valid rate. Compatibility testing results is that the web based information system management care giver can run on Edge, Opera, Chrome, iOS, and Android.]]>
