The study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation toward employee performance PT. Juang Jaya Abdi Alam Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. This type of research is a descriptive study, which makes the exposure of systematic, factual, and accurate information on the facts and the nature of certain populations. This study used 33 study respondents. The results of data analysis and processing has been found to answer the following hypothesis; there are significant organizational commitment (X1) on employee performance (Y) of 50.6% at 50.6% impact on employee performance. There is the influence of work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) 28.3% impact on employee performance. There is the influence of organizational commitment (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y) of 54.6%.
