Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling. Analisis kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini akan digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas. Untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan program komputer SPSS. Hasilnya bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari wujud nyata, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien pada masa social distancing di RSUD Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu. Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Pasien. Abstract The study aims to determine the effect of service quality on Patient Satisfaction at Batara Guru Hospital. The sampling technique in this study uses the proportional random sampling quantitative analysis in this study will used validity and reliability tests with cronbachs’s alpha. Assumption test classic includes heteroscedasticity and normality test. The hypothesis using the SPSS computer program. The result is that the quality of service such us of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty effect patient satisfaction during the social distancing period at the Batara Guru Hospital.
