Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RSUD Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling. Analisis kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini akan digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha. Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas. Untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan program komputer SPSS. Hasilnya bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari wujud nyata, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien pada masa social distancing di RSUD Batara Guru Kabupaten Luwu. Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Pasien. Abstract The study aims to determine the effect of service quality on Patient Satisfaction at Batara Guru Hospital. The sampling technique in this study uses the proportional random sampling quantitative analysis in this study will used validity and reliability tests with cronbachs’s alpha. Assumption test classic includes heteroscedasticity and normality test. The hypothesis using the SPSS computer program. The result is that the quality of service such us of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty effect patient satisfaction during the social distancing period at the Batara Guru Hospital. Abstract

Pengembangan sistem digital pengabdian masyarakat menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam mendukung transformasi pelaksanaan program pengabdian di perguruan tinggi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi sistem digital pengabdian melalui platform kkn.iainpare.org di IAIN Parepare. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi empat tahapan utama: perencanaan (analisis kebutuhan, studi kelayakan, desain sistem), pengembangan (pembangunan prototipe, pengujian, integrasi), implementasi (pelatihan pengguna, peluncuran sistem, dukungan teknis), serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi signifikan dalam pengelolaan program, dengan pengurangan waktu pemrosesan administratif sebesar 60%, peningkatan kepatuhan pelaporan mahasiswa dari 60% menjadi 85%, dan pengurangan penggunaan kertas hingga 85%. Sistem ini juga meningkatkan efektivitas monitoring dengan tingkat ketersediaan sistem mencapai 99,5% dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna 87%. Kendala utama dalam implementasi meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur internet di daerah terpencil dan resistensi pengguna terhadap perubahan sistem, yang diatasi melalui pengembangan fitur offline mode dan program pelatihan intensif. Implementasi sistem digital ini telah berhasil mentransformasi pengelolaan program pengabdian menjadi lebih efisien, transparan, dan terukur, serta dapat menjadi model pengembangan sistem serupa di institusi pendidikan tinggi lainnya.

Abstract

Employee productivity is a strategic factor that determines organizational competitiveness, particularly amid digital transformation and the evolving demands of the modern labor market. This study aims to examine the influence of soft skills and self-efficacy on employee productivity at PT Megahputra Sejahtera. Soft skills refer to non-technical abilities related to communication, collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving, while self-efficacy reflects an individual’s belief in their capability to accomplish tasks effectively. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 30 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis included validity testing, reliability testing, and multiple regression to assess both partial and simultaneous effects. The findings indicate that soft skills and self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on employee productivity. These results highlight that strengthening interpersonal competencies and work-related confidence not only enhances individual effectiveness but also contributes directly to organizational performance outcomes. The study recommends that the company implement structured soft-skills training programs and self-efficacy enhancement interventions through coaching and systematic feedback.

Abstract

The Objectives – This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and self-efficacy on the performance of employees in Maros Regency. The main objective of this study is to determine whether work discipline and self-efficacy have a significant influence on the dominant factors that influence the performance of employees in the Maros Regency service. The Methods/approaches -This study uses quantitative methods and data collection using questionnaires. In this study, two independent variables are used, namely (X1) Work discipline and (X2) Self-efficacy and one dependent variable, namely (Y) Employee performance. The sample required in this study is 101 respondents, and the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, f-tests, and coefficients of determination R2. This test was carried out using SPSS software vol 25. The Results – The results of the t-test study indicate that the work discipline variable has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, while the self-efficacy variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the f-test, the work discipline and self-efficacy variables have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The Research Implications – This research contributes to the understanding of employee behavior in the service so that discipline is maintained and the self-efficacy given to the service continues to run smoothly

Abstract

This study examines the influence of influencers, promotional content, and brands on the buying interest of MJB Beauty, a local cosmetics brand in Indonesia. The problem studied is the inconsistency of the influence of digital marketing strategies on consumer buying interest, especially in beauty products. The purpose of the study was to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of influencers, promotional content, and brands on buying interest. This study used a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach, involving 100 respondents who were Instagram followers of influencer MJB Beauty. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that influencers and promotional content partially had a positive and significant effect on buying interest, with t-calculated values of 5,533 (p=0.000) and 5,956 (p=0.001), respectively. However, brands did not have a significant effect partially (t-count=0.630, p=0.530). Simultaneously, the three variables had a positive and significant effect (F-count=108.491, p=0.001) with a contribution of 77.2% to buying interest. The study concluded that marketing strategies involving influencers and engaging promotional content are highly effective, but MJB Beauty needs to strengthen its brand identity to increase buying interest.
