Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti peranan kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Kecamatan Cileungsi. Penelitian menggunakan data primer. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Penelitian dengan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan keterkaitan kompensasi yang berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pegawai. Di samping itu, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini berimplikasi bahwa untuk pencapaian kinerja pegawai dilakukan dengan memperhatikan hak pegawai berupa kompensasi yang sesuai dan penerapan disiplin kerja. Kata kunci: disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai, kompensasi ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the role of compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Cileungsi District office. The study used primary data. The sample selection used the saturated sampling method with 55 respondents. The study used multiple regression analysis with results showing that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. Besides that, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. This study implies that the achievement of employee performance can be done by taking into account the rights of employees in the form of appropriate compensation and the application of work discipline. Keywords: compensation, employee performance, work discipline
