<![CDATA[ABSTRAKProsentase lansia di Indonesia tahun 2015, Jawa Tengah menduduki peringkat ketiga untuk jumlah lansia terbanyak di Indonesia yaitu sebanyak 11,8 % dari total jumlah lansia diseluruh Indonesia (Datin, 2016). Undang-Undang No 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan pasal 139 menyebutkan bahwa pemerintah wajib menjamin ketersediaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan memfasilitasi kelompok lanjut usia untuk dapat tetap hidup mandiri dan produktif secara sosial dan ekonomis, oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya pelayanan kesehatan terhadap lansia dengan membentuk pos pelayanan terpadu usia lanjut. Survei yang telah dilakukan pada bulan November 2018 di Posyandu Lansia Di Desa Kragilan terjadi penurunan kunjungan posyandu lansia dari 60 lansia hanya 44 lansia yang aktif mengikuti posyandu lansia setiap bulannya, dan dari 44 lansia tersebut hanya 45% lansia yang tahu tentang manfaat posyandu lansia bagi kehidupan lansia.Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan rancangan penelitian observasional analitik. Penelitian dilakukan di Posyandu Lansia Desa Kragilan, pada bulan November s/d Desember 2018. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua lansia aktif yang ada di Posyandu Lansia Desa Kragilan sebanyak 44 lansia, Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria lansia yang hadir pada saat pelaksanaan posyandu lansia dan bersedia menjadi responden. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah peran kader. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan posyandu lansia. Data yang telah terkumpul akan dilakukan analisis Chi-Square.Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan tentang pemanfaatan Posyandu Lansia Desa Kragilan Tahun 2018 dapat di ambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut peran kader mempengaruhi pemanfaatan posyandu lansia di desa kragilan dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,045 (p0,05) dan nilai Exp (B) = 0,080. Kata kunci: kader, posyandu, lansia ABSTRACTThe percentage of elderliesis in Indonesia in 2015, Central Java was ranked third for the largest number of elderly population in Indonesia, which amounted to 11.8% of the total number of elderliesis throughout Indonesia (Datin, 2016). Law No. 36 of 2009 concerning Health Article 139 states that the government is obliged to guarantee the availability of health service facilities and facilitate the elderly to be able to live independently and productively socially and economically, therefore efforts for health services are needed for the elderly by forming neighborhood health centers (Posyandu) for elderliesis. The collected data will be analyzed by Chi-Square.The results of the study and discussion on the utilization of the Kragilan Village Elderly Posyandu in 2018 can be concluded as follows: the role of cadres affects the utilization of the elderly posyandu in the rural village with a p-value of 0.045 (p 0.05) and Exp value (B) = 0.080.
