Survival Life Penderita Kanker Payudara Berdasarkan Stadium Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi

ABSTRACT In the United States, 40,920 women died in 2018 from breast cancer. In Indonesia In 2010 more than 80% were found to be at an advanced stage. At the Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek, Lampung Province, as one of the types A class referral hospitals in 2018, there were 204 breast cancer sufferers. This study aims to analyze the life of breast cancer sufferers in 2015-2020 based on the stage at the Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek, Lampung Province. Population and research sample of breast cancer patients diagnosed and recorded in the medical records of the Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek, Lampung Province who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and selected by purposive sampling a number of 48 events, with an analytic observational design and the type of survival analysis. Most of the sufferers who suffered at the Regional General Hospital Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek, Lampung Province have a stage 1 of 20%, followed by patients with stage 2 by 20% and patients with stage 3 by 30%, and patients with stage 4 by 30%. In breast cancer patients who have stage 4, no one survived until year 5. In the second year, 100% died (survived only until year 2). The results of survival studies in patients with stage 4 breast cancer survived only until the second year. (fifth years survival 0%). Therefore, providing education about breast self-examination in order to prevent the potential for cancer and provide support to sufferers and their families so that they can continue to undergo routine treatment. Keywords: Breast cancer, Stage, Fifth years survival life. ABSTRAK Amerika Serikat mencatat ada 40.920 wanita meninggal pada 2018 akibat kanker payudara. Di Indonesia Tahun 2010 lebih dari 80% ditemukan berada pada stadium lanjut. Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung, sebagai salah satu rumah sakit rujukan berkelas tipe A pada tahun 2018 didapat 204 penderita kanker payudara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis survival life penderita kanker payudara tahun 2015-2020 berdasarkan Stadium di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Populasi dan sampel penelitian merupakan penderita kanker payudara yang terdiagnosa dan terdaftar pada rekam medik Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi serta dipilih secara purposive sampling sejumlah 48 penderita kejadian, dengan desain observasional analitik serta jenis analisis survival. Sebagian besar penderita yang ditangani di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung memiliki stadium 1 sebesar 20%, diikuti pada penderita dengan stadium 2 sebesar 20% dan penderita dengan stadium 3 sebesar 30%, serta penderita dengan stadium 4 sebesar 30%. Pada penderita kanker payudara yang memiliki stadium 4, tidak ada yang bertahan hidup sampai tahun ke 5. Pada tahun kedua 100% meninggal (bertahan hidup hanya sampai tahun ke 2). Hasil penelitian ketahanan hidup pada penderita kanker payudara stadium 4 bertahan hidup hanya sampai tahun kedua. (survival life tahun kelima 0%). Oleh karena itu, pemberian edukasi mengenai pemerikasaan payudara sendiri (sadari) agar dapat tercegahnya potensi kanker dan memberikan dukungan terhadap penderita serta keluarganya sehingga dapat terus menjalani pengobatan rutin. Kata kunci: Kanker payudara, Stadium, Ketahanan hidup 5 tahun (survival life).
