<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Biografi I Ketut Widjana; (2) Perjuangan I Ketut Widjana; (3) Nilai-nilai kepahlawanan dan potensinya sebagai sumber belajar sejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu: (1) penentuan lokasi penelitian; (2) teknik penentuan informan; (3) teknik pengumpulan data (observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen dan studi pustaka); (4) teknik penjaminan keabsahan data; (5) teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa I Ketut Widjana adalah anak bungsu dari empat bersaudara. Pada masa revolusi fisik I Ketut Widjana pernah menjadi pemimpin pasukan Gabungan II di Tabanan. Nilai-nilai kepahlawanan yang terkandung dari sosok I Ketut Widjana antara lain: (1) nilai patriotisme; (2) nilai rela berkorban; (3) nilai tanpa pamrih; (4) nilai keberanian; (5) nilai kewibawaan; (6) nilai kerjasama; (7) nilai kejujuran; (8) nilai nasionalisme; (9) nilai persatuan dan kesatuan; (10) nilai disiplin; (11) nilai religius. Nilai kepahlawanan I Ketut Widjana sangat cocok dijabarkan pada materi sejarah (1) Perubahan dan perkembangan politik masa awal kemerdekaan; (2) Perjuangan bangsa Indonesia dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan dari ancaman Sekutu dan Belanda. Penelitian ini masih jauh dari sempurna sehingga masih membutuhkan pendalaman lebih lanjut.Kata Kunci : Kata Kunci: biografi, nilai kepahlawanan, sumber belajar. This study aims to determine (1) Biography I Ketut Widjana; (2) The struggle I Ketut Widjana; (3) The values of heroism and its potential as a source of learning history. This study used a qualitative approach, namely: (1) determining the location of the study; (2) determination techniques informant; (3) data collection techniques (observation, interviews, document studies and literature); (4) techniques guaranteeing the validity of the data; (5) data analysis techniques. The results showed that I Ketut Widjana is the youngest of four siblings. On the physical revolution I Ketut Widjana been a squad leader Combined II in Tabanan. Heroic values embodied by the figure I Ketut Widjana among others: (1) the value of patriotism; (2) the value of self-sacrifice; (3) the value of selfless; (4) the value of courage; (5) the value of authority; (6) the value of cooperation; (7) the value of honesty; (8) the value of nationalism; (9) the value of unity; (10) the value of discipline; (11) a religious value. Value heroism I Ketut Widjana very suitable translated at the historical material (1) changes and political developments early days of independence; (2) The struggle of the Indonesian nation in defending the independence of the threat of Allied and Dutch.
