<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pemberian ekstrak daun ceremai (Phyllanthus acidus (L.) Skeels) mengakibatkan perbedaan kecepatan penyembuhan luka bakar pada mencit (Mus musculus) (2) mengetahui konsentrasi yang paling efektif menyembuhkan luka bakar pada mencit (Mus musculus) jantan. Penelitian ini berupa true experiment dengan rancangan randomized post test only control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berupa 6 ekor mencit. Sampel dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok yaitu 1 kelompok kontrol dan 4 kelompok perlakuan dengan konsentrasi ekstrak etanol daun ceremai berturut-turut 1%, 3%, 5%, dan 7%. Data dianalisis dengan uji statistik, Kruskal Wallis dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan uji lanjut Mann – Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ekstrak etanol daun ceremai mengakibatkan perbedaan kecepatan penyembuhan luka bakar setelah diberikan variasi konsentrasi 1%, 3%, 5%, dan 7%. Konsentrasi yang paling efektif dalam penyembuhan luka bakar adalah 1% karena merupakan konsentrasi paling kecil yang memiliki nilai berbeda nyata dengan kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun ceremai dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka bakar.Kata Kunci : Daun Ceremai, Luka Bakar, Penyembuhan Luka The aim of this research is (1) to know the giving of etahnol otaheitei gooseberry leaf extract (Phyllanthus acidus (L.) Skeels) differences in healing rates time of burn on male mice (2) to know the most effective concentration in curing burn on male mice. This research is a true experiment with randomized post test only control group design. The sample of this research are 6 mice. The samples were divided into 5 groups: 1 control group and 4 treatment group with concentration of ceremai leaves were 1%, 3%, 5%, and 7%, respectively. The data were analyzed by statistic test, Kruskal Wallis with significance level of 5% and followed by Mann - Whitney test. The results showed that ethanol leaf extract of otaheitei gooseberry differences in healing rates of burns after given variations in concentrations of 1%, 3%, 5%, and 7%. The most effective concentration in burn wound healing is 1% because it is the smallest concentration that has significantly different values with the control group.
