Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengamati kompetensi praktis dan strategi pembela-jaran yang diterapkan oleh guru (kompetensi guru) yang relevansinya terhadap kinerja siswa dan interaksi sosial siswa dalam pembelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif yaitu penelitian dengan tujuan utama untuk menggambarkan dan menginterpretasi fenomena atau hubungan antar fenomena secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah pentingnya peran kompetensi guru terhadap keberhasilan pencapaian suatu pembelajaran khususnya terhadap kinerja siswa dan interaksi sosial dalam pembelajaran fisika.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi guru, strategi pembelajaran, kinerja siswa, interaksi sosial This study aimed at observing the practical competence and learning strategies applied by the teacher (teacher's competence ) which has a relevancy with the student’s performance and social interaction in learning physics. This study used a descriptive research with the primary objective was to describe and interpret the phenomena or relations between phenomena systematically, factually and accurately. The result of this research shows that there is an important role at teacher competence towards the student’s performance, especially, performance of students and social interaction in learning physics.keyword : Teacher competence, learning strategies, student’s performance, social interaction
