<![CDATA[Abstrak Pokok masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implikasi Surat Edaran Kementrian Agama terhadap pelaksanaan pernikahan dengan sub masalah adalah (1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pernikahan pada masa pandemik covid 19 di KUA Tellulimpoe dan; (2) Bagaimana ketentuan pelaksanaan pernikahan dalam Surat Edaran Kementrian Agama No:P-002/Dj.III/Hk.007/6/2020. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pernikahan berdasarkan sistem yang berlaku di Kantor Urusan Agama tidak mengalami perubahan sistem baik pada masa pademi dan sebelum pandemi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan implikasi yang ditimbulkan dari surat edaran kementrian agama dapat dilihat dari beberapa aspek yaitu: (1)Implikasi yang mengarah pada publik dan orang-orang yang terlibat. (2)Implikasi yang mempengaruhi keadaan dalam aktivitas pelaksanaan pernikahan baik sekrang dan mungkin akan datang, dan.(3)Implikasi yang berpengaruh terhdap sektor pembiayaan yang harus ditanggung oleh orang yang terlibat dalam hal ini pemilik hajat. Kata Kunci: Pernikahan, Pandemi, KUA Abstract The main problem of this research is how the implications of the Circular of the Ministry of Religion for the implementation of marriage with sub problems are (1) How is the implementation of marriage during the covid 19 pandemic at KUA Tellulimpoe and; (2) What are the provisions for the implementation of marriage in the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Religion No: P-002/Dj.III/Hk.007/6/2020. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of marriage based on the system that applies at the Office of Religious Affairs does not experience system changes both during the pandemic and before the pandemic. This study also shows the implications of the circular letter of the ministry of religion can be seen from several aspects, namely: (1) Implications that lead to the public and the people involved. (2) Implications that affect the situation in the implementation of marriage activities both now and maybe in the future, and.
