BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TEKNIK BIBLIO-COUNSELING BERBASIS CERITA RAKYAT UNTUK MENGEMBANGKAN KECERDASAN INTRAPERSONAL SISWA SMP

AbstrakPendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMP Negeri 1 Gunem. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan meliputi, observasi, dokumentasi dan skalapsikologi kecerdasan intrapersonal. Hasil penelitian adalah model pengembanganlayanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik biblio-counseling berbasis cerita rakyatuntuk mengembangkan kecerdasan siswa SMP, meliputi; (a) rasional, (b) pengertian,(c) tujuan, (d) isi kegiatan, (e) kualifikasi konselor, (f) peran dan fungsi pemimpinkelompok, (g) peran dan fungsi anggota kelompok, (h) tahapan pelaksanaan layanan,(i) evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Sedangkan hasil uji efektifitas bimbingan kelompokmerupakan potensi besar dalam layanan bimbingan konseling. Sedangkan bibliokonselingberbasiscerita rakyatmenjadi nilaitambahdalam optimalisasidirisiswa.Permasalahankrisis indentitassiswasekolah salahsatunyadipicu rendahnyatingkatkecerdasanintrapersonal. Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengembangkanmodellayananbimbingankelompokdenganteknik biblio-konselingberbasisceritarakyatuntukmengembangkankecerdasanintrapersonalsiswa.Sertamelihatapakahmodelyangdikembangkan efektifuntuk mengembangkankecerdasan intrapersonalsiswaSMP.Hasilpenelitian inimenunjukankenaikansebesar13,9%dari kategorisedangke tinggi. Sedangkanhasil analisis statistikujiwilcoxonmenunjukkannilaisig.=0.018<α=0.05makadapat dikatakanbahwa”terdapat perbedaanantarasebelumdansetelahmendapatkanperlakuan”,dengankatalainhipotesisyangdiajukanditerima.AbstractIdentity crisis often happens in adolescent, stage when storm and stress happens,this problemtriggered from the low level of  intrapersonal intelligence. Group counseling can be an alternativeto solve thatproblem,and biblio-counseling based folklorehasanadditional value. Thisresearchseekstofind out howgroupcounseling throughbibliocounselingtechnique based folklorecan beeffectiveto developstudent intrapersonalintelligence.Researchand developmentisused as the approachin this study.Subjects arestudents of Gunem Junior High. Samplesare selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collected with observation, documentationandpsychologicalscale measuring intrapersonalintelligence.Resultismodelof groupcounseling through bibliocounseling technique based folkloreto develop student intrapersonalintelligence, include; (a) rational, (b) Definition, (c) goal, (d) the content of  the activities, (e)qualification counselor, (f) the role and function of  the leader of  the group, (g) the role andfunctions of  the members of  the group, (h) phase of  the services, (i) the evaluation and followupand shows that therewas significant increaseof student intrapersonal intelligence, frommedium to high (13.9%). Whereas Wilcoxon test shows sig. = 0.018<α = 0.05, thus it can be conclude that Ho is rejected.
