<![CDATA[Penyebab penularan COVID-19 pada tenaga kesehatan tidak hanya terjadi saat kontak dengan pasien yang positif COVID-19 tetapi bisa terjadi karena kontak antar kolega dan kontak di luar peraturan rumah sakit, misalnya saat mereka tidak merawat pasien, saat istirahat makan siang dan saat rapat, selain itu tenaga kesehatan bekerja di ruang terbatas yang tidak memungkinkan menjaga jarak fisik atau physical distancing dan tenaga kesehatan yang berkumpul tanpa menggunakan masker dan pelepasan APD yang salah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Faktor Risiko penularan Covid 19 pada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Kuta Alam Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2021. Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik survey yang menjelaskan suatu keadaan atau situasi fenomena bisa terjadi kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas kesehatan yang bekerja di Puskesmas Kuta Alam sebanyak 44 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik disimpulkan bahwa Ada hubungan hubungan kepatuhan memakai masker dengan dengan Risiko penularan Covid 19 (P.Value 0.003 α (0,05). Ada hubungan pengetahuan petugas kesehatan dengan risiko penularan Covid 19 pada (P.Value 0.002 α (0,05). Ada hubungan sikap petugas kesehatan dengan risiko penularan Covid 19 pada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Kuta Alam Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2021 (P.Value 0.001 α (0,05). Bagi petugas kesehatan agar lebih teliti dan mematuhi prosedur dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan saat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat agar tidak tertular virus Covid-19.
