HUBUNGAN KEPATUHAN MENGKONSUMSI FE DENGAN KADAR HB PADA IBU HAMIL

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan data Dinkes Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2017 kejadian anemia ibu hamil di Kota Sungai Penuh sebanyak 460 orang (6,5%), sedangkan di Wilayah Puskesmas Sungai Liuk Kota Sungai Penuh menempati urutan keempat yaitu sebanyak 42 orang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan mengkonsumsi Fe dengan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Liuk Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Liuk Tahun 2019. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Liuk pada tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 42 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Analisa data dilakukan analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan cara uji  mengkonsumsi Fe dengan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Liuk Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2019.Diharapkan sebagai masukan bagi pihak puskesmas sehubungan dengan masih rendahnya kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe, sehingga pemberian konseling perlu dilakukan untuk memberi informasi mengenai dampak anemia bagi janin yang dikandung serta memberi motivasi pada ibu hamil agar dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe. Kata Kunci : Ibu Hamil,Kadar Hb, Konsumsi Tablet Fe ABSTRACTBased on file from the City of Sungai Penuh Health Office in 2017 the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Sungai Penuh City was 460 people (6.5%), while in Sungai Liuk Community Health Center in Sungai Penuh City was in fourth place, there were 42 people. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of adherence to consuming Fe with Hb levels in pregnant women in the Sungai Penuh City River Health Center Working Area in 2019.This research has been conducted in the Sungai Liuk Community Health Center Working Area in 2019. The study population was all pregnant women in the Sungai Liuk Community Health Center Working Area in 2018 totaling 42 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. File analysis was carried out by univariate and bivariate analysis by Chi Square test. The results showed that more than half of the respondents (57.1%) had anemia, more than half of the respondents (54.8%) did not adhere to consuming Fe. Bivariate tests showed that there was a relationship of adherence to consuming Fe with Hb levels in pregnant women (pv = 0.000). It can be concluded that Hb levels in pregnant women increase if they regularly consume Fe. The results of this study are expected to be input for officers in conducting health education or health promotion for the community to provide information about the impact of anemia on the fetus that is conceived and to motivate pregnant women to be able to improve adherence to consuming Fe tablets.Keywords: Pregnant women, Hb levels, consumption of Fe tablets
