<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to look at the differences in affective commitment based on big five personality and their respective dimensions. The type of research used is quantitative comparative. The method used is a paired sample t-test. The population in this study were motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bukittinggi. The subjects used in this study were 100 gojek drivers in Bukittinggi taken based on incidental sampling techniques. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the level of affective commitment based on big five personality sig 2 tailed 0.000 (p <0.05) and also seen the difference between each dimension of big five personality that gets the highest affective commitment results is in the dimension of openness to experiential then aggreableness, conscientiousness, neuroticsm and extraversion.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat perbedaan komitmen afektif berdasarkan big five personality serta masing-masing dimensinya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah komparatif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah uji paired sample t-test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengemudi gojek di kota Bukittinggi. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang pengemudi gojek di kota Bukittinggi yang diambil berdasarkan teknik incidental sampling. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan terdapat perbedaan tingkat komitmen afektif berdasarkan big five personalitysig 2 tailed 0.000 (p<0.05) serta juga dilihat perbedaan antar masing-masing dimensi kepribadian big five yang mendapatkan hasil komitmen afektif paling tinggi adalah pada dimensi openness to experient lalu aggreableness, conscientiousness, neuroticsm dan extraversion.]]>
