HUBUNGAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP BRAND LOYALTY PADA ATLET FUTSAL PENGGUNA SEPATU SPECS

Abstract

The relationship of consumer satisfaction towards brand loyalty to futsal athlete as a user of futsal shoes from Specs. Purpose of the research is to find out the relationship of consumer satisfaction towards brand loyalty from futsal athlete in Padang as a user of futsal shoes from Specs brand. Method of this research is using correlation quantitative. Research is using purposive sampling as a technic for sampling. Population of this research is futsal athletes in Padang. The amount of sample that fulfill the criteria is 73 person. Measuring instrument in this research is the scale of consumer satisfaction which is modified from Qodri scale based on theory of Kotler and the scale of brand loyalty which is modified from Auditya scale based on theory of Schiffman and Kanuk. Result is showing that correlation coefficient is r=0,935, p=0,000 (p<0,05), this shows that there is a very significant positive correlation between a consumer satisfaction with brand loyalty to futsal athlete in Padang as a user of futsal shoes from Specs brand.Hubungan kepuasan konsumen terhadap brand loyalty pada atlet futsal pengguna sepatu specs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan konsumen terhadap brand loyalty pada atlet futsal kota padang pengguna sepatu futsal merek specs. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasi. Teknik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu atlet futsal kota Padang. Banyak sampel dalam penelitian ini 75 atlet. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kepuasan konsumen yang dimodifikasi dari skala Qodri berdasarkan teori Kotler serta skala brand loyalty dimodifikasi dari skala auditya berdasarkan toeri Schiffman dan Kanuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukan koefisien korelasi sebesar r= 0,935, p= 0,000 (p < 0,05), memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang sangat signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen dengan brand loyalty pada atlet futsal kota Padang pengguna sepatu futsal merek specs.
