<![CDATA[Abstract: The descriptions of entrepreneurship on government employees. This study aims to find out what entrepreneurship is on government employees as well as the characteristics and factors that influence it. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive approach. The subjects used in this study were as many as 3 (three) government employees. The data were obtained through in-depth interviews and semi-structured. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship can be done by government employees, especially those who served as functional where it is entrepreneurship in civil servants influenced by locus of control, high energy level, the need of achievement, tolerance of ambiguity, confidence and action-oriented.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, government employees.Abstrak: Gambaran entrepreneurship pada pegawai negeri sipil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seperti apa kewirausahaan pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil serta karakteristik dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 3 (tiga) orang pegawai negeri sipil. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan semi terstruktur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kewirausahaan bisa saja dilakukan oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil terutama yang menjabat sebagai fungsional dimana hal ini entrepreneurship pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil dipengaruhi oleh lokus pengendalian internal, tingkat energi tinggi, kebutuhan akan prestasi, toleransi pada ambiguitas, percaya diri dan berorientasi pada aksi.Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, pegawai negeri sipil]]>
