Abstract

Kata Kunci : Program mentoring, Standardized Nursing Language (SNL), NANDA Background: The issue of the implementation of the competency test as an exit exam is a scourge for each university in Indonesia. One of the learning strategies adopted in nursing education is mentorship programmeObjective: To analyze the effectiveness of the mentoring program in increasing the ability to think critically in nursing students using Standardized Nursing Language as a learning method. Methods: Quasi experimental with one group pretest posttest design approach. The number of samples was 95 respondents with the sampling technique using purposive sampling, non-probability sampling techniques. Results: The results of statistical tests (paired sample t-test) showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the mentoring program on the critical thinking skills of using Standardized nursing language in nursing students with a sig2 tailed value of 0.000 (0.05). Conclusion: The mentoring method can be used as one of the methods used in nursing student learning. Keywords: mentorship programme, Standardized Nursing Language (SNL), NANDA
