<![CDATA[Background: Heart failure disease cause a decreasing of physic and psychologic function, failed in doing nursing principals of client with health failure could decrease the life quality, useless hospitalization and faster death. Objective: The aims of this study was to analyze caractheristics patient related the quality of life of patients with heart failure. Methods: This study used the analytic correlation with cross-sectional design. The number of samples in this study there are 100 respondents. Result: In the result of this study are the characteristic of Respondent have relation to the quality of Life in Patient with Heart Failure in physical functional of the patient with p value 0,000 < α with OR: 10.578 (4.124-27.133) Latar Belakang: Penyakit Gagal Jantung menyebabkan penurunan fungsi fisik dan psikologis, kegagalan dalam melaksanakan prinsip-prinsip perawatan pasien gagal jantung dapat mengakibatkan kualitas hidup menurun, hospitalisasi yang sia-sia dan kematian lebih cepat. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden yang berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup pasien penyakit gagal jantung. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan analitik korelasi dengan desain cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ada 100 responden.
