<![CDATA[Visum et repertum in cases of premeditated murder is a written report from a doctor that is used as evidence. Judicial Medicine is the process of medical science for the benefit of the court. The function of the Visum et Repertum is as evidence regarding a criminal crime related to the body, life and health of humans in the Visum et Repertum and the results of the examination by forensic medicine. In a series of investigations, evidence is needed which has been stated in Law No. 8 of 1981, namely the statements of the Experts regarding Visum et Repertum. Proof of Visum et Repertum in criminal matters is the same as evidence, which has been regulated in Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code, as legal evidence. The purpose of this study is to find out the role of Visum et Repertum in premeditated murder cases, to find out the obstacles experienced by investigators in handling premeditated murder cases, and to find out the consequences that arise if a defendant does not admit the evidence of the Visum Et Repertum results.]]>
