The goal of this research is to know the differences and effectiveness of learning model Make a Match, TPS and STAD in social study. The method of this research is quasi experiment approach. Data collected is by using posttest. Hypothesis testing measured by analysis formula variant one way and t-Dunnet test. Based on the research, it is gotten (1) There is a differences of learning result average in social study which is taught by using learning model Make a Match, TPS and STAD; (2) The result of learning social study by using Make a Match model is higher than using TPS model; (3) The result of learning social study by using TPS model is higher than using STAD model; and (4) The result of learning IPS study by using TPS model is higher than using STAD model.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dan efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran Make a match, TPS dan STAD dalam mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Teknik pengambilan data yaitu dengan tes. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus analisis varians satu arah dan uji t-Dunnet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan (1) Ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa yang diberi pembelajaran, Make a Match, TPS dan STAD; (2) Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa menggunakan model Make a Match lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan TPS; (3) Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa menggunakan model TPS lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan STAD; (4) Hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa menggunakan model TPS lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan STAD.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, make match, stad, tps.
