Abstract

This research is focused on scientific approach application learning based on 2013 curriculum in the elementary school of Bandar Lampung City. The aim of the research is to describe plan and implementation of scientific approach learning which includes observing, inquiry activities, activities of collecting and associating and communicating the results of activities. This research has been implementedin the second semester of academic year 2013/2014. This research was conducted at four elementary schools in the city of Bandar Lampung which already implementing 2013 curriculum which consists of SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Ratu, SD Negeri 1 Pengajaran, SD Negeri 1 Surabaya and SD Negeri 3 Sawah Lama. This research was analyzed using data analysis techniques quantitative qualitative mix. The result of the research showed (1) the learning plan which made by teacher only administrative demands (2) implementation of scientific approach learning has not been implemented as demanded in the 2013 curriculum, especially in implementing activities to observe, inquire, gather and associate and communicate the results.Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan ilmiah berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 pada Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan ilmiah meliputi kegiatan mengamati, kegiatan menanya, kegiatan mengumpulkan dan mengasosiasikan serta kegiatan mengkomunikasikan hasil. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di empat Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandar Lampung yang sudah menerapkan kurikulum 2013 yang terdiri dari SD Negeri 2 Labuhan Ratu, SD Negeri 1 Pengajaran, SD Negeri 1  Surabaya dan SD Negeri 3 Sawah Lama. Penelitian ini dianalisa menggunakan teknik analisis data campuran kuantitatif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan yang dibuat guru hanya tuntutan  administrasi (2) implementasi pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan ilmiah belum dilaksanakan sebagaimana yang dituntut dalam kurikulum 2013 terutama dalam melaksanaan kegiatan mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan dan mengasosiasikan serta mengkomunikasikan hasil.Kata kunci: kurikulum 2013, penerapan pembelajaran, pendekatan ilmiah
