<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penegakan hukum terhadap korban penyalahgunaan narkotika di kota makassar dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Tipe penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: Efektivitas penegakan hukum terhadap korban penyalahgunaan narkotika dikota makassar melalui rehabilitasi kurang efektif dikarenakan salah satu dari proses penegakan hukum melaui putusan rehabilitas di Pengadilan Negeri Makassar masih banyak terdapat korban penyalahgunaan narkotika yang tidak berhasil menjalani proses rehabilitas sehingga membuat korban menjadi ketergantungan terhadap narkotika. Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penegakan hukum terhadap korban penyalahgunaan narkotika di kota makassar antara lain: substansi hukum, struktur hukum dan budaya hukum. The research objective was to analyze the effectiveness of law enforcement against victims of narcotics abuse in the city of Makassar and the factors that influence it. This type of research is juridical empirical. The results of the author's study found that: The effectiveness of law enforcement against victims of narcotics abuse in the city of Makassar through rehabilitation is less effective because one of the law enforcement processes through the rehabilitation decision at the Makassar District Court there are still many victims of narcotics abuse who fail to undergo the rehabilitation process so that the victim becomes dependent against narcotics.
