<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas penuntutan terhadap anak yang dijadikan kurir narkotika di Kejaksaan Negeri Sidenreng Rappang dan faktor yang mempengaruhi. Tipe penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: Efektivitas penuntutan terhadap anak yang dijadikan kurir narkoba di Kejaksaan Negeri Sidenreng Rappang kurang berjalan secara efektif dikarenakan tidak adanya jaksa penuntut umum yang khusus menangani perkara anak serta dalam tuntutan yang diterapkan oleh jaksa penuntut umum terhadap anak yang dijadikan kurir narkotika berbeda dengan tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh orang dewasa. Faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penuntutan terhadap anak yang dijadikan kurir narkoba di Kejaksaan Negeri Sidenreng Rappang yaitu; substansi, struktur, dan budaya hukum. Ketiga faktor tersebut saling berhubungan terhadap proses penuntutan terhadap anak yang dijadikan kurir narkotika.
