<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) pada kemampuan pemahaman dan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa, serta mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan pemahaman dan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa SMA N 1 Lubuklinggau. Desain penelitian ini adalah randomized pretest-postest control group design. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan pemahaman dan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Model MMP tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemahaman matematika siswa; (2) Model MMP berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa; (3) Terdapat hubungan/keterkaitan antara kemampuan pemhaman dan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa.
