PERHITUNGAN PRODUKTIFITAS PEMAKAIAN ALAT BERAT PADA KEGIATAN PENATAAN HALAMAN PARKIR TERMINAL TIPE B KAB. BUTON UTARA

Abstract In an effort to achieve the results of good construction work there are several supporting elements, one of which is using heavy equipment assistance. This study aims to determine the volume and productivity costs of the machine in the Buton Terminal B Parking Lot Yard Arrangement work on landfill work items, As for the heavy equipment examined in this study were excavators, whell loaders, dump trucks, motor graders, and vibrator rollers. This research methodology uses data collection methods that through observation and surveys are then matched with date that has been obtained in advance such as the capacity of the tool, the price of the unit of equipment, and other data relating to the tool used at the job site. The results of this study indicate that the volume of landfill work is 2608,18 m3, with heavy equipment rental prices of Rp.172.274.375,00. This work uses 1 excavators unit to work for 24,22 hours with a tool rental fee of Rp.13.623.750,00. 1 unit of whell loader works for 65,72 hours with a tool rental fee of Rp.36.936.380,12. 6 dump truck units work for 69,30 hours with equipment rental costs of Rp.64.994.721,12. 1 motor grader unit works for 97,65 hours with a tool rental fee of Rp.54.928.125,00. 1 vibrator roller unit works for 29,56 hours with heavy equipment rental costs of Rp.14.780.000,00.  Abstrak Dalam usaha pencapaian hasil pekerjaan kontruksi yang baik terdapat beberapa elemen yang mendukung, Salah satunya adalah menggunakan bantuan alat berat, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui volume dan biaya produktifitas alat berat pada pekerjaan Penataan Halaman Parkir Terminal Tipe B Kabupaten Buton Utara pada item pekerjaan timbunan tanah, adapun alat berat yang diteliti pada penelitian ini yaitu excavator, whell loader, dump truck, motor grader, dan vibrator roller. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang melalui pengamatan dan survey kemudian dicocokan dengan data-data yang sudah diperoleh terlebih dahulu seperti kapasitas alat, harga satuan peralatan, dan data-data lain yang berhubungan dengan alat yang digunakan di lokasi pekerjaan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa volume pekerjaan timbunan tanah yaitu 2608,18 m3, dengan harga sewa alat berat sebesar Rp.172.274.375,00 Pekerjaan ini menggunakan 1 unit excavator bekerja selama 24,22 jam dengan biaya sewa alat sebesar Rp.13.623.750,00. 1 unit whell loader bekerja selama 65,72 jam dengan biaya sewa alat sebesar Rp.36.936.380,12. 6 unit   dump truck bekerja selama 69,30 jam dengan biaya sewa alat sebesar Rp.64.994.721,12. 1 unit motor grader bekerja selama 97,65 jam dengan biaya sewa alat sebesar Rp.54.928.125,00. 1 unit vibrator roller bekerja selama 29,56 jam dengan biaya sewa alat berat sebesar Rp.14.780.000,00.
