<![CDATA[Abstract Development developments in the construction world are currently progressing and in a sustainable manner are leading to a better era. Amid the development of this development, it is inevitable from the risk of workplace accidents. For this reason, every company must carry out occupational safety and health efforts (K3) so that the risk of danger and the potential risks that exist in the work environment can be controlled and prevented so that accidents do not occur which can cause losses. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influence the risk of the construction project of the Al-Alam Mosque in Kendari city. This research uses the SPSS program, using the validation method and reliability test. The results of this study are based on the results of simultaneous testing of all occupational safety and health variables (K3) jointly affected on the construction project risk variable because the value of 0.000 Significance is below 0.05 while based on partial testing the influential occupational safety and health variables are competency variables workers because the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, while the regression model obtained is Y = -2.945 + 0.154X1 - 0.003X2 + 0.205 X3 + 0.635 X4 + 0.114 X5 + 0.287 X6 against the risk of construction projects. Abstrak Perkembangan pembangunan di dunia konstuksi saat ini sedang mengalami kemajuan dan secara berkelanjutan tengah mengarah ke era yang lebih baik. Ditengah perkembangan pembangugnan inilah tidak terhindari dari resiko kecelakaan kerja. Untuk itu setiap perusahan wajib menjalankan upaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) agar resiko bahaya dan potensi terhadap resiko yang ada dilingkungan kerja dapat dikendalikan dan dicegah agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan yag dapat menimbulakan kerugian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terkait resiko proyek konstruksi banguanan Masjid Al-Alam kota Kendari. Penelitian ini mengguanakan program SPSS, mengguanakan metode validasi dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian simultan semua variabelkeselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) secara bersama-sama berpengaru terhadap variabel resiko proyek konstruksi karena nilai Signifikansi 0.000 berada di bawah 0.05 sedangkan berdasarkan pengujian parsial variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang berpengaruh adalah variabel kompetensi pekerja karena nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05, sementara model regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = -2.945 + 0.154X1 – 0.003X2 + 0.205 X3 + 0.635 X4 + 0.114 X5 + 0.287 X6 terhadap resiko proyek konstruksi. ]]>
