<![CDATA[Creating a generation that likes to read and foster interest in reading in students is not solely the responsibility of the library manager. Parents, families, and the community also have an effect on raising awareness of the importance of reading. Of course this requires determination, enthusiasm, hard work, planning, and the realization of activities that must be carried out continuously supported by the availability of facilities and infrastructure. It aims to be able to develop reading interest and reading culture as well as create the next generation of information literate nation. However, the librarian as the manager of the library, especially in an educational institution in Islamic Religious College, also has an important role in the effort to grow students' reading interest. Librarians must have a variety of activity strategies in order to stimulate the growth of reading interest in students.]]>
