Tulisan ini mencoba menjelaskan bagaimana teknik multitrait-multimethod diterapkan dalam proses validasi konstrak. Multitrait-multimethod, disingkat MTMM, pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh Donald T. Campbell dan Donald W. Fiske dalam Psychological Bulletin (1959).
