<![CDATA[Abstrak Bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) merupakan suatu bentuk bantuan dari pemerintah sebagai bentuk kompensasi dari kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) yang berpengaruh kepada kehidupan masyarakat luas termasuk kalangan masyarakat kurang mampu. Masyarakat Nelayan Pesisir Kecamatan Kwanyar merupakan bagian masyarakat yang memperoleh dampak langsung dari kenaikan harga BBM.Penelitian ini menerapkan metode AHP untuk memilih penerima BLT dengan parameter bobot yang berbeda dengan beberapa tahapan uji akurasi bobot terbaik.Dari hasil ujicoba sistem dengan berbagai skenario bobot, metode AHP dapat menentukan penerima BLT dengan akurasi 82,143% yaitu 41 calon di terima dari 56 calon yang ada. 41 calon yang diterima ini sesuai dengan hasil seleksi manual yang dilakukan oleh kecamatan, dengan bobot AHP untuk kriteria pekerjaan sampingan 0.240, jumlah tanggungan 0.044, luas tanah 0.068, luas bangunan 0.118 dan tagihan listrik 0.528.Kata kunci : BLT, Nelayan, AHP, Kriteria Abstract Direct Cash Assistant / Bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) is assistance from the government as a compensation from the increase in the price of fuel oil (BBM) which affects the lives of the society including the poor. Coastal Fishermen Community of Kwanyar Subdistrict is a part of society which get direct impact from fuel price hike. This research applies AHP method to choose BLT receiver with different weight parameter with some stages of best weight accuracy test. The test results of the system with various weight scenarios, AHP method can determine the BLT recipient with an accuracy of 82.143% ie 41 candidates received from 56 candidates. The 41 candidates received are same with the results of manual selection conducted by the sub-district, with AHP weighting for the work criteria of 0.240, the number of dependents 0.044, the land area of 0.068, the building area of 0.118 and the electricity bill of 0.528.Keywords : BLT, Fisherman, AHP, Weighting Criteria]]>
