AbstrakPenelitian ini mengangkat masalah mengenai apakah terdapat pengaruh kohesivitas terhadap sikap kewirausahaan anggota majelis Ta’lim di Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara Kohesivitas Kelompok terhadap Sikap Kewirausahaan Anggota Majelis Ta’lim di Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penulisan ini adalah Anggota Majelis Ta’lim Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Siak sebanyak 344 Anggota Majelis Ta’lim. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan stratified random sampling yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang apabila populasi mempunyai anggota atau unsur heterogen dan berstrata proposional, dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, maka sampel menjadi 78 Anggota Majelis Ta’lim. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah  pengaruh pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara variabel kohesivitas kelompok (X) terhadap sikap kewirausahaan (Y) Anggota Majelis Ta’lim Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupten Siak.Kata Kunci : Sikap Kewirausahaan dan Kohesivitas AbstractThis study raises the issue of whether there is a cohesive effect on the entrepreneurial attitude of members of the Ta'lim assembly in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. So the purpose of this study was to determine the significant and positive effect of group cohesiveness on the entrepreneurial attitude of members of the Ta'lim Council in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. The method used in this research is ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. The population in this paper is the members of the Ta'lim Council of West Maredan Village, Tualang Siak District, as many as 344 members of the Ta'lim Council. The sampling technique with stratified random sampling used was proportionate stratified random sampling, which is a sampling technique where if the population has heterogeneous and proportional stratified members or elements, using the Slovin formula, the sample becomes 78 members of the Ta'lim Council. The results in this study are the significant and positive effects of group cohesiveness variables (X) on entrepreneurial attitudes (Y) Members of the Ta'lim Council of West Maredan Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency.Keyword: Entrepreneurial Attitude and Cohesiveness
