Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebermanfaatan kurikulum mata diklat inti dalam Diklat Teknis Substantif Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Multimedia di wilayah kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kupang dan untuk mengetahui jenis materi pelatihan multimedia yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru yang berada di daerah minim akses jaringan internet dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas dan tupoksi sebagai tenaga pendidik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Disimpulkan bahwa kurikulum mata diklat inti dalam Diklat Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Multimedia memiliki tingkat kebermanfaatan 82% dengan kategori bermanfaat. Kurikulum belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru yang berada dalam daerah minim akses sinyal internet di wilayah Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kupang. Materi pelatihan multimedia yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru yang berada di daerah minim akses jaringan internet dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas dan tupoksi sebagai tenaga pendidik di wilayah Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kupang adalah Microsoft Powerpoint dan Macromedia Flash. Kurikulum Diklat Teknis Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Multimedia perlu dikaji ulang berdasarkan peta topografi ketersediaan jaringan internet dan kurikulum dapat dimodifikasi antara berbasis offline dan online sehingga dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi perancangan media pembelajaran berbasis Multimedia ter-update. This research purposed to determine the usefulness of main materials curriculum training program of Substantive Technical Education and Training of Multimedia-based learning media in the area of Kupang regency Ministry of Religious Affair and to find out the types of Multimedia training materials that highly needed by teachers in areas with minimal internet access to improve professionalism and duty as educators. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations. From data analysis were concluded that the main materials Curriculum in Multimedia-based Learning Training Media had grade of usefulness 82% with useful categories. The curriculum is not fully suitable with the needs of teachers in areas with minimal internet signal access in Ministry of Religious Affair at Kupang regency Area. Multimedia training material that were greatly needed by teachers in areas with minimal internet access in increasing professionalism and duties as educators in Kupang Regency Ministry of Religious Affair area were Microsoft PowerPoint and Macromedia Flash. Curriculum of Technical Training Media Multimedia-based learning needs to be reviewed based on topographic maps. The availability of the Internet Network and curriculum can be modified between offline and online based, so the materials can utilize the application of updated Multimedia-based learning media design.
