Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemilihan penggunaan multimedia dan komitmen kegiatan pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar pada pelatihan jarak jauh guru IPA Madrasah Tsanawiyah se-Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, model yang digunakan yaitu model ganda dengan dua variable independent, dan desain penelitianya termasuk pra-eksperimen dengan pretest-postest kelompok tunggal. Untuk mendapatkan informasi mendalam mengunakan metode wawancara sebagai triangulasi data dari dokumen pemilihan multimedia dan komitmen kegiatan pembelajaran. Sampel yang digunakan merupakan peserta pelatihan jarak jauh guru IPA Madrasah Tsanawiyah Se-Jawa Barat yang telah lulus seleksi sebanyak 45 orang. Hasil analisis instrument dengan menggunakan program SPSS18 dan Ms.Excel didapat bahwa pengaruh pemilihan multimedia terhadap hasil belajar secara terpisah tidak ada pengaruhnya, berdasarkan perhitungan secara statistik thitung lebih kecil ttabel, yaitu 0,785 <= 2,018. Pengaruh Komitmen pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar secara terpisah berpengaruh, berdasarkan perhitungan secara statistik thitung lebih besar ttabel, yaitu 3,898 >= 2,018. Pengaruh pemilihan multimedia dan komitmen belajar terhadap hasil belajar pada penelitian ini ada pengaruhnya, dimana nilai Ftabel = 3,214. dan Fhitung= 11,872; Maka 11,872 >= 3,214; jika diinterfretasikan kedua varibel bebas tersebut menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar. Besar pengaruh antara kedua variable tersebut secara determinasi sebesar 36,1% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Abstract This study aims to determine how much influence the choice of using multimedia and commitment to learning activities on learning outcomes in distance training for science teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah of West Java. The sample used is a participant of distance training for science teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah of West Java who have passed the selection of 45 people. The results of the analysis of the instrument using the SPSS18 and Ms. Excel program showed that the effect of multimedia selection on learning outcomes separately had no effect, based on statistical calculations the t count was smaller than the t table, namely 0.785 <= 2.018. The effect of commitment to learning on learning outcomes separately has an effect, based on statistical calculations, t count is greater than t table, namely 3.898> = 2.018. The effect of multimedia selection and learning commitment to learning outcomes in this study has an effect, the value of Ftable = 3,214. and Fcount = 11,872; Then 11,872> = 3,214; If interpreted the two independent variables show that there is a simultaneous influence on learning outcomes. The amount of influence between the two variables is determined by 36.1%, while the rest is influenced by other factors that are not examined.
